Important Notice: Practice Closure in December

Dear Patient,

I am writing to inform you that B Street Dental will be closing due to the Caltrans acquisition of my property. This decision is not by choice, and despite two years of diligent searching, I have not been able to find a suitable replacement site to relocate.

Accordingly, the last day we will see patients will be December 15, 2025. Until then, we will continue providing care but will not begin treatments that cannot be completed before that date.

Your oral health remains a priority. I encourage you to find a new dental provider as soon as possible. You may choose any dentist. One option is Dr. Alexander F. Farr at River Oaks Dental, who is accepting new patients with private insurance and those without insurance. (Please note: He does not accept Medi-Cal.) His office can be reached at 530-671-2344.

If you wish to stay within your insurance network (private or Medi-Cal), please contact your insurance provider for assistance in finding a participating dentist.

Dental Records:
If you would like us to transfer your dental records, please stop by our office to request a Dental Records Release Form.
Please note: All record requests must be submitted by December 15, 2025.
Records will remain available for several years, but processing may be delayed after closure.
